Video: Timberland Chats With The Breakfast Club & Shows Enthusiasm About New Artist

It’ s been a while since we’ve seen and heard that playful side of Timbaland on record or even at all for that matter. But recently with an interview with Power 105.1 (The Breakfast Club), he spoke of everything from Aaliyah, comparisons from today’s music to the 90’s era, all the way to his new artist, Tink. In the interview, you will notice the look in Tim’s eyes, it’s that look of passion, something that has been noticeably missing from the superstar producer for quite some time. After playing a couple of tracks featuring the 19-year old lyricist/vocalist, it’s no wonder why he’s dubbing his new artist to be at the forefront of the next female emcee takeover. A few months ago, Tim mentioned that he had a project coming up that he and Nas are putting together. At the end of the interview he plays another joint but not before telling Dj Envy to end the interview and stop the camera rolling… my guess is that the song he played featured Nas and Tink but we’ll see (and hear) about it in due time.

Btw… here’s that joint with Rick Ross and Jay-z that he played in the video above…

Random Thought: A Full-length Nas & Busta Rhymes Album Could Really Work!

We take into consideration that this thought comes out of nowhere but while we’re here, just think about it for a minute. Both Nas and Busta have been in the game over 20 years and also share the same high level of passion for the art of rap that you couldn’t go wrong with a complete album from these guys. If we look back over time, we’ll rediscover the fact that both artists have flown under the wing of the legendary Dr Dre as well as Timbaland. Just that last statement alone should speak volumes for the two New Yorkers — Nas hails from Queens and Busta Rhymes claims Brooklyn. As we build on the concept of Busta and Nas recording an album together, the track feature directly below will tell you all you need to know if this were to actually materialize. Besides, we all have our own take of who’d we like to see collaborate…. so what’s yours??

Interview: Timbaland Speaks On Aaliyah, Drake, Nas & More

Video: Justin Timberlake – ‘Tunnel Vision’

We all knew at some point in time that the clean-cut Justin Timberlake would eventually push the envelope with his art. His latest album, ‘The 20/20 Experience has been well-received around the world and proves that he is a true musician. With Timbaland handling the majority of the album’s production, how could he go wrong? To answer that question, his newly released video will make you think twice about before responding. The video for the title track, Tunnel Vision, is a step away from what we’ve all come to know J.T. for. The video features fully naked women flaunting their birthday suits for the camera and quite frankly the footage is heavy on the risque side of things. Fellas you may wanna watch this one AFTER your lady leaves the room!

Video: DMX Questions Drake’s Talent and Claims He Isnt Paying Homeage On Aaliyah Album

During an Interview with MTV’s Sway Calloway on Rap Fix, X had some harsh words for Drake who was recently commissioned to help putting together Aaliyah’s latest project.

I’m feeling some kind of way about the fact that you’ve been commissioned… You’ve been blessed, you’ve been given the opportunity to do the [Aaliyah] album yet you don’t include anybody she worked with personally. What part of the game is that?

X, who was widely known as a close friend/collaborator  to the now deceased Aaliyah has been vocal about the various things pertaining to the canadian born and bred MC including his talent which X considers redundant and annoying.

He has talent but it’s kind of redundant,” X said. “It’s kind of the same all the time, and it sounds the same to me personally. It’s an annoying sound. Like a washing machine or a dryer. I don’t even have to explain. I just don’t like what it is

Aaliyah and DMX both starred on the cult lassic film “Romeo Must Die” alongside Jet Li as well as the classic

Video: The Legendary “Timberland” Talks To The Breakfast Club About His Extensive Career

There isn’t a single person in the world who can rightfully say they are so full of themselves that there isn’t enough room for a slice of humble pie. That’s why it’s no surprise that after watching this interview of Timbaland reflecting on his life and career, one would find it difficult not to respect him. Tim Mosley, better known as Timbaland, sat down with The Breakfast Club and revealed things about himself that most fans probably never knew. Known for his own signature ‘bounce’ sound, Timbaland has proved himself time and again that he is no ordinary producer. There are things embedded in his persona that propelled him to be amongst the greatest musicians of our generation.

Throwback Joint: Cee-Lo Feat. Timbaland – ‘I’ll Be Around (Call Me)’

Highly charismatic and versatile, Cee-Lo and super-producer, Timbaland, collabo for a classic club banger. It seems as though VA/Atl have a unmistakable success when it comes to collaborating artists…think, Timbaland and Ludacris. They’ve made numerous hits together, this joint could easily join those ranks.
